​Dark Roast Films is an independent film company founded by filmmaker Cristian Murphy. As a filmmaker, teacher, and lay Minister for the Catholic Church, Cristian feels called to tell stories of truth and authenticity.

The mission behind Dark Roast Films is to help others tell their story and spread a purposeful message that can invite and inspire others. This company became a reality because we felt called by God to help share more stories of hope through the medium of film. In a world full of negative content and unnecessary media material Dark Roast Films aims to bring positive stories to the forefront and help amazing people share their amazing stories.
